Privacy Policy
We designed LUNERON (lunerongame.com) to work with as little data as possible. This page explains what information is kept, where, and what your rights are. It serves as the information notice under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
Data controller

No accounts, no ads, no tracking
- You don't need to create an account or give your name, email or phone number to play.
- We use no ads, no analytics or statistics tools, no social media plugins and no cookies.
- Fonts and images are served from our own server; the pages don't connect to third-party servers.
Your game progress and language choice (on your device only)
Your level progress, stars, POP Coin balance, chests, cosmetics, settings and chosen language are stored in your browser's local storage (localStorage) only on your device; they are not sent to our server. If you clear your browser data, they are deleted too. Any backup file or code you create with the in-game "Move your save" option stays only with you.
Feedback form
If you use the feedback form in the game or on the website, the following is sent to and stored on our server:
- the topic you choose (bug, suggestion, review), your message, and the optional level number and rating,
- the game version, the language you use and the time of sending,
- only if you tick "Include technical info": device type (e.g. iOS), browser name and screen size.
The form doesn't ask for your name, email or location; please don't write personal information in your message. We do not store your IP address with the feedback. To prevent abuse (spam), an irreversible digest derived from the IP address, which changes every day, is kept for at most 24 hours. Messages are processed to improve the game and fix bugs on the basis of legitimate interest (KVKK Art. 5/2-f) and are kept for at most 12 months.
Server logs
Our hosting provider (Natro) may keep short-term technical logs of page requests (IP address, date and time, requested page, browser information) for security and to operate the service. These logs are not linked to your game progress.
Sharing and international transfer
We don't sell feedback messages, use them for advertising or share them with third parties. The data is kept on the hosting server in Turkey; it is not transferred except where required by law.
Children
LUNERON is suitable for players of all ages and collects no personal data. We especially ask that no personal information be written in the feedback form.
Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)
You have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and to object. Since our feedback messages aren't linked to an identity, simply email the approximate time and content of the message you want deleted to destek@lunerongame.com.
Changes
If we update this policy, we will publish the change on this page with its date.
